We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Once orders are shipped, JustReseCareKits.com is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our health and care products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product, and at that point, you will receive a credit, or a new item will be shipped to the designated address listed.

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at justrese.justus@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue for review.
