Refund Policy

At JustReseCareKits.com, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide:

• A full store credit, or

• A replacement item shipped to the address you originally provided at checkout.

To report a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@justresecarekits.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your credit or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
